That's kind of how I feel right now. Like I'm not going anywhere. I'm still working out 4-5 days a week, training for this triathlon in September. But my weight loss has kind of moved into a stand still the last couple of weeks. I'm trying not to be discouraged. There has been a lot going on the last month or so. First, the visit to my mom in Virginia (where healthy food options & finding time to workout were both a challenge), then my sister came back and stayed with us a week (THAT deserves a blog all on it's own!). Hubs was finally moved to the better, more desirable 1st shift at work, but even that has caused an upset in our routine. Trying to find a new routine and settle into it has been difficult.
I will get back in the swing of things and I am NOT giving up. It's just not in me to quit anymore. I still have 6 more weeks of training, and I am determined to do the best I can and finish strong.
