Being at my mother's house in Virginia last weekend meant I skipped a couple of training days. The one run I was able to get in was... well... just plain gross. It was HOT & HUMID at 7:30 in the morning and I felt like I was running through thick, nasty soup. Not a fun time.
Once I got back home, it was time to get back into it. A swim & a run on Monday, a bike ride on Tuesday, a swim & a walk on Wednesday, instead of a rest on Thursday I moved up Friday & Saturday's workouts to a run Thursday night with some friends at the park and a bike ride today. My sister is in town and I wanted to have the weekend free to possibly do something fun with her and the kids.
I'll find out tomorrow how much weight I've lost in the last two weeks. That was the other thing I missed while at mom's. No Weight Watchers meeting.

Swim = 500 total yards (10 total laps)
Bike = 16 total miles
Run = 4 total miles (approx.)
Walk = 1 mile (approx.)
