Training Day 3

Today's tri training = 200 yd swim (or 4 laps).  Pretty easy, since I've been doing 5 laps (250 yds).  I also put in some time on the treadmill with T.  She was worried about getting in her run this week, due to some medical issues w/hubby.  I invited her & the kids to come to the Y with us, so we could workout and then swim with all the kiddos.  Fun! 

Tomorrow is an "off" day for tri training and a 30 minute walk day for C25k.  Friday night is the race!  Woohoo!
